Who we are

Behaviour Shift is a UK promotional agency supplying event managers and promotional teams for exhibitions, corporate events, brand activations and major sporting events. For anything in this policy, contact us at hello@behaviourshift.co.uk.

What we collect

This site has two forms, and we only collect what you type into them:

• Enquiry form — your name, company, email address, phone number and details of your event.
• Application form — your name, email address, phone number, home region, the roles you're interested in, any experience you describe, and your confirmation that you have the right to work in the UK.

The site itself sets no analytics or advertising cookies.

How we use it

Enquiry details are used to respond to you about your event (our legitimate interest in answering the enquiry you sent us). Application details are used to consider you for self-employed promotional work and to contact you about opportunities — with your consent, which you give by ticking the consent box and can withdraw at any time.

Who handles it

Form submissions are relayed to our inbox by Web3Forms, a form delivery service acting as a processor, and then held in our email system. We don't sell or share your information with anyone else, and we don't use it for marketing you haven't asked for.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle them and any follow-up work. Applications are kept while you remain interested in work with us; ask at any time and we'll delete your details.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it or delete it, and withdraw consent at any time. Email hello@behaviourshift.co.uk and we'll act on it promptly. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
